First of all, I'd like to introduce myself as the author of this blog. My name's Laurenz Alan Ricardo S., and usually called by just Alan. I was born in August 1996 in Semarang city, Central Java, Indonesia. I'm now a student of Department of Food and Agricultural Technology in Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. My interests are foods (absolutely!), books, cooks, recipes, and sleeping (one of the most relaxing thing to do).
I, myself, run this blog as I like writing and sharing what I already know, want to know, even curious to know especially all about foods. You may find posts discussing about food itself, food science and technology, food nutrients, healthy foods, food recipes, food ingredients, and many more. It's never boring for me when it comes about foods. I enjoy foods so much, and I hope you do!
Through my blog here, I'm trying to bring all of my readers to the world of foods. I'm taking you step by step, gradually, and excitingly as you enjoy reading and grabbing some news, knowledge, even understandings. I think, it's one of method of which you may learn about foods with fun.
